1. Breakfast like king, lunch like prince and dine like poorer
2. Eat more veg and healthy meal, eat less snacks and take aways.
3. Read more book than you have read last year.
4. Approximately 10 minutes a day just sit down in quiet and think about things you have to do.
5. Sleep 7 hours.
With People:
1. Call more often to your family and relatives.
2. Everyday do something good for other people
3. Try to smile at least to 3 people a day
4. What other people think about you is not you business, you shouln't care
5. Your work or school won't think about you, when you are ill. Your friends - they will. Always keep in touch with them.
Life:
1. Get rid of all things which are nice, comfortable and which make you happy.
2. Remember good or bad situation you can always change it.
3. Doesn't matter how you feel, get up, get dressed and go.
4. Best moments remember are always in future.
5. Somewhere inside you are always happy. Therefore just be happy.
