Luxury fast food

I love fast food, who doesn't?? occasional burger is good for everyone, especially when you are short in time, lazy and craving for fatty calorie hefty junk food... You have to know limits though: how much junk food you can eat? Little amount now and than don't make harm. All foods have to be balanced, and you are the one who is responsible for healthy eating. Remember if you had junkie week, try next week eating salads and low calorie meals and this will balance out...Looking at these designer foodies made me want some buuurger!!! Maybe later, this morning I stick to my healthy eating. 



Just one tip which you have heard I guess many times breakfast is must! Many people try to skip breakfast because they are on the way to lose weight, and you know what you will never succeed with that, your body needs food and if you skip breakfast, next time you eat more, you might eat unhealthy as well, because body thinks you won't give any more food. Eating breakfast is way to lose weight! Eating breakfast fuels you up with energy and you are able to perform better in school, uni or at work. Also eating breakfast keeps your metabolism running, because if you don't eat body receives shocks which stop metabolism working properly. It is important that your breakfast includes plenty of protein and fiber! An ancient proverb said: "Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince, Dine like a Pauper"...
