Sometimes you can feel that changes make you feel: tired, insecure, unsafe, unwanted and even lonely. Sometime you have many people you can talk too, sometimes not! And everybody is different, somebody likes to deal with it alone, others not.
Ways to get rid of stress:
· First make space for yourself... remember it’s all about YOU! And do all to comfort yourself.
· Writing diary or Blogging
· Watch Youtube funny videos, or what interests you
· Watch your favourite series: Desperate housewives or whatever is it.
· Chocolate HEEEELPSS, well until you stand on weight watchers, be careful with over consumption junk food and candies... (only little amount of candies)
· Listen to childhood music and sing along
· Do sports/yoga/fitness
· Go for a walk in park
· Read book (detective books are best in my case) they consume you fully!
· Stop worrying about what you can’t change
- And best of all go SHOPPING... we all need new pair of shoes, because there are never too many pairs.
