Sports

You probably know that with diets you won't get as far as you would like to. World has changed and all girls who diet they also do a lot of physical workout! We all counting calouries of what we are eating every day, but lets count what we are burning while exercising?Yes/No? What I think about diet is: "Dieting without exrcising is like Diet Coke for dieting!"

Step Aerobic
Burns 800 cal per hour of work out
This is for girls who have unlimitted problems with hips and legs, after good exercise plan you will be able to see the difference already in 2 weeks of exercise.
Bicycle
Burns 500- 1000 cal per hour
This is one of those which is very good doing outside breathing fresh air while doing your daily workout. But hey if you living somewhere where bicycle is irrelevant, well than investment in at home bicycle is also good investment. remember bicycle is one of the calorie burners!
Swimming
Burns 800 cal per hour
Benefit of swimming is that all body is working together, all groups of muscles. Also you feel fresh after swimming.

Tennis
Burns: 800 cal per hour
This is really good cardio exercise has a lot of effect on your legs and hips, the places where all girls have little problems! Exercise also involves communication, because you have to have partner, with whom you can play.


Walking
Burns 360 calories per hour
This is the one which is widely available for everyone.Fast walking is good exercise for cardio, hips legs, tommy. If you want walking to have big effect than you have to go climbing and longer distances which will help you burn off. I must say walking you can fit into any diary even most busy women can find a time for walking hour!
